Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF. Coat skillet with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk wet ingredients.
  4. Stir wet into dry, mix until just combined. Don't over mix.
  5. Pour into prepared skillet and bake for 20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
