White Chicken Chili

Directions

  1. Add chicken to the bottom of a slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle with spices (salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, chili powder, and cayenne).
  3. Top with onion, garlic, beans, chilies, corn,  broth, and a small handful of cilantro.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours (4 on high).
  5. Remove the chicken to a mixing bowl, shred, and return to the slow cooker.
  6. Add cream cheese and half and half, cover, and cook on high for 15 minutes or until creamy and thickened slightly.
  7. Serve over rice and with toppings.
