Bacon Brussels Sprouts

  1. Cook the bacon in a large saute pan over medium high heat until done, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove the bacon from the pan with a slotted spoon and reserve.
  3. Add the Brussels sprouts, tossing to combine.
  4. Add water, cover, and cook for 2 minutes. Add the bacon back to the pan, tossing to combine. Season with pepper.
