Bacon Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 12oz frozenĀ brussels sprouts
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 bacon slices, chopped
- black pepper
Directions
- Cook the bacon in a large saute pan over medium high heat until done, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the bacon from the pan with a slotted spoon and reserve.
- Add the Brussels sprouts, tossing to combine.
- Add water, cover, and cook for 2 minutes. Add the bacon back to the pan, tossing to combine. Season with pepper.
